About The BBA Program

The program provides a fundamental education in business and management principles. Programs typically allow students to specialize in multiple concentration areas, including international business, finance, real estate, computer information systems, or accounting. BBA programs can offer practical management training that can prepare students to successfully work within a large or small organization.

The Program emphasizes on the development of communications, quantitative reasoning, and business analysis skills. Through BBA course, students can gain knowledge of business practices and processes, understand the role of economics in the world marketplace, and acquire an awareness of global business issues.

Champions League 2018 – February 24, 2018

Lloyd’s Champion League concluded successfully on February 24, 2018 with participating students from Accurate, Mangalmay, DTC, NIET, GNIOT, Rameesh College and Skyline came together in an Inter-College Sports gala. The sportsmanship and mettle of students was tested in multiple outdoor activities of Badminton, Volley Ball, Cricket, Athletic Race, Long Jump, Athletics, as well as indoor games of Carrom and Chess. Mr. Mukul Sharma, Deputy Director Competition Commission of India, graced the Concluding ceremony to felicitate the winners in the Sports Field. The ceremony was met with cheers from the students, faculty members and staff to congratulate the winners and participants alike.

HR Conclave – February 10, 2017

Lloyd group of Institutions organized ‘HR Conclave 2018’ on February 10, 2018 to deliberate upon the recent advances in field of Human Resource Management and their impact on Business Philosophy, Operations and strategies.

Eminent personas from Industry as well as Academia joined students and participants from many colleges across Delhi-NCR including IILM, Sharda University, Amity University, Mangalmay University and Galgotias University for the Conclave.

The Industry Guests, and panelists for the event, included Dr. Babu Lal (Executive Director - BHEL), Mr. S.M. Sharma (Advisor – Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation), Mr. Umesh Roy (Regional Head HR – Huawei Telecom, Mr. Nischal Mahajan (C.E.O., 3s Educare), discussed the recent trends in the industry related to talent management, team management, employee engagement, and encouraging employee productivity through motivation, Mr. Jagdish Mitra Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Tech Mahindra, Mr. Kalyan Kumar (Vice President (HR), EcomExpress), Mr. Gautam Gopal, Director (Marketing & Business Development-Talent Blazer), Mr. Saurabh Arora (Manager-Comptel Communications India) and Mr. Gaurav Arora (Senior Vice President-Yes Bank).

Republic Day – January 25, 2018

Patriotism is religion and religion is love for India

A symposium titled Minute Speak on January 25, 2018 was being organized for all the students to emphasize the importance of free speech and expression on the occasion of Republic Day.

The students had to talk on the theme: “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country”.

Opera Hunt 2017

In Chanakya Opera Hunt, students participated in groups for a treasure hunt by solving multiple clues in and around the college premises. To give it a touch of management, the treasure was a famous brand upon which the group had to give a brief ppt of 5 minutes on the spot. The judges evaluated them on the same.

Poster Making Competition 2017

A poster making competition was conducted between various teams of students on November 21, 2017 in the college Lawn. Nineteen teams of 5 members each participated. The participants were evaluated on the basis of artistic sense, presentation, creativity & content.

Mock Group Discussions & Interviews

Mock Group Discussions & Mock Interviews have been held in the months of November & December for students to train them to face the corporate interviews with confidence. The curriculum includes the sessions for Mock Interviews and Mock GD’S that are conducted from time to time.


Management Quiz

A management quiz was conducted among the various teams of MBA on 14th November, 2017 in the seminar hall. Four teams of 6 members each participated. The participants were evaluated on the basis of various rounds like Q&A session and an AD MAD round.


Inter- Departmental Sports Day - 2017

 Annual Sports Day was celebrated with vigor and enthusiasm on 8th and 9th March 2017. The competition was between the students of Management, Law & Pharmacy for games like Badminton, Chess, Football and Cricket.

Hon. Mr. N.P Singh, DM [Gautam Budh Nagar] at the award presentation, recognized the students for their efforts. Lloyd believes in the all round development of its students and sports is the best inlet to growth, vitality, development and sportsman spirit among the students.

Visit to Suraj Kund Mela in February 2017

To acclimatize students with varied cultures and traditions of India, the students visited the country-famous, SurajKund Mela as a Cross Cultural Training and Sensitivity visit.

The students enjoyed the cultural dances, songs, cuisines, languages of varied states of India.


Alumni Meet 2017

The Alumni Meet 2017 was held on 26th Feb 2017 in Lloyd Campus. It was a day of meeting, greeting and remembrances from the Lloyd Family.

About 70 students from previous batches attended this day of fun frolic and relived the memories of the past. The alumni and their achievements were celebrated by the current batch through performances in music, dance and poetry.


Teachers day 2017:


As a respect to the teachers of Lloyd students of management conducted Teachers Day on 5th September 2017.The session started with addressal by Dr Matta Director LBS with dance music fun frolic to follow presented by students.

In all it was a great day for all!!




Seminar and Conferences

Seminars and Conferences at Lloyd serve as important aids for knowledge dissemination and paper presentations, with subject matter experts sharing insights gained from research and practical experience. Conferences are often focused on critical areas, with the proceedings influencing scholarship, practice and policy on the international stage.

The subject for the conference and seminars are recent and relevant like Challenges in Human Resource Practices, Innovation in Business-Opportunities and Challenges, Changing Dynamics in Digital Marketing etc

Workshops and Guest Lectures

Corporate workshops and guest lectures are organized to enhance the employability skills of the students. These are organized often for students in the areas of Digital Marketing, News and Views in Marketing, E- Human Resources etc.

Workshop by BSE in October 2017

One-day workshop was organized in association with BSE Institute. The agenda of the workshop was to discuss the importance of technical analysis and fundamental analysis to study the Stock Volatility. Mr. Pullock Bhhatacharya addressed the students to highlight the technical parameters and knowledge in handling the financial derivatives in the Stock Market.

The Bloomberg representatives shared their knowledge and expertise on the matter of Share Dynamics in the Stock market.

Workshop on Excel in November 2017

In order to enhance the technical skills of the students, an external expert conducted a workshop on Excel. The aim of this workshop was to increase the competency of students.


Program Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Lloyd follows CCS University specified eligibility norms while reviewing students’ admission applications.To be eligible for admission to our BBA program, candidates are required to meet the following criteria :
  • Candidate should have passedsenior secondary from a recognized board or University in any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce/ Agricultural Science) with minimum 45% marks (for Gen/ OBC) or 40% marks (for SC/ST)).
  • Selection Criteria

    • All Admissions are based on the guidelines of the University
    • Through the entrance test conducted by the CCS University
    • Through the merit declared by the CCS University

  • The classrooms are aesthetically designed to prove a stimulating atmosphere, conducive to all round development of the students. Well designed and spacious class-rooms mark Lloyd’s contemporary culture. The classrooms are fully are conditioned and equipped with the latest facilities for presentations, complete with LCD projectors .Study rooms are also available for group projects, case studies .
  • Library
  • The library and information systems play a pivotal role in the learning activities of the students. With this consideration, the library at Lloyd acts as an important learning resource centre. We have a fully computerized, air conditioned library with a comprehensive collection of latest national and international books, journals, career guides etc. we also have a growing collection of the select management and related titles to cater to the academic needs of the students.
  • Information Technology Centre
  • Lloyd has a contemporary State-of-Art fully computing air-conditioned environment with power back-up in the campus, spanning all over the buildings. 24*7 Internet connectivity of 10 mbps through leased line (1:1) basis has been provided for the students, faculty and staff. Environment also includes latest computers in Local Area Networks, Wi-Fi Networks and stand-alones. Continuous efforts are made to replace and upgrade computer configurations to match the changing offerings in the market. At present there are 300 computers of Core 2 Duo and i-3 gen-2 Processors with Windows 7 Operating systems. Servers operate on windows 2008 Server Operating systems and Operating systems.

  • This is a State-Of-The-Art facility to improve the entrepreneurship ability in students. This unique facility provides necessary technology, resources and environment to start new creative business ideas.   • Hostel:(Boys & Girls)
  • The hostels, separate for boys and girls, are outsourced to competent hostel authorities. Lloyd has worked towards the goal of providing its boarders with an academic, activity-filled and a secure atmosphere. The hostel presently is an abode to 50 outstation students. Working with a commitment to provide holistic development to the boarders of the Girls' hostel, the hostel committee ensures a fair balance between work and play. Several sporting activities like badminton, carom, cycling etc. are organized from time-to-time which lead to a healthy mind and body.
